**The Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Compliance Director - Risk Management and Governance to join our team in Europe. This role will play a crucial part in supporting our Senior Director and European Lead for Risk Assessment and Monitoring in ensuring that our company complies with regulatory standards and internal policies.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement risk assessment frameworks and methodologies to identify potential compliance issues.
- Coordinate with Compliance Officers and Liaisons in local countries to conduct comprehensive risk assessments and monitor compliance.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of existing risk controls and recommend enhancements.
- Draft detailed, comprehensive regional risk assessment reports for senior management.
- Develop and execute compliance monitoring plans to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Monitor changes in regulations and industry standards and assess their impact on our compliance programs.
