Senior Manager – Europe Regional Compliance Lead

The Role
As the Senior Compliance Manager for Spain, you will be the main advisor and business partner for the Spanish affiliate. Your role will involve driving change within a dynamic and fast-growing organization, particularly during acquisitions, mergers, business transformations, or other significant company developments. You will serve as compliance business partner to the Spanish affiliate(s), conducting periodic compliance committee meetings with the executive management team and regularly advising management on compliance risks and mitigation strategies in support of business strategy, objectives, and operations.
Responsibilities
Drive the development, implementation, continuous improvement, and administration of the Compliance program in Spain, in line with the strategy set forth by the Head of Compliance Europe and Director, Europe Country Compliance Spain and Portugal. Develop, initiate, maintain, and revise policies and procedures for the general operation of the Compliance program and its related activities, and support operational departments in developing and communicating new and enhanced policies and procedures.

As the Senior Manager Europe Regional Compliance, you will make a significant impact in the following areas:
- Compliance Business Partner: Serve as compliance business partner to the Spanish affiliate(s), conducting periodic compliance committee meetings with the executive management team and regularly advising management on compliance risks and mitigation strategies in support of business strategy, objectives, and operations.
- Compliance Program: Drive the development, implementation, continuous improvement, and administration of the Compliance program in Spain, in line with the strategy set forth by the Head of Compliance Europe and Director, Europe Country Compliance Spain and Portugal.
