About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to join our Europe Regional Compliance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the compliance program in Spain, in alignment with regional and global teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Compliance program in Spain, leveraging resources provided by the Compliance Centers of Excellence (COEs) and Compliance Hub.
  • Provide ongoing guidance to senior leaders, managers, and employees on compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and related Company policies.
  • Support in developing content and conducting trainings for employees, particularly senior-level management.
  • Stay apprised of legal and regulatory changes, trade association codes, and industry best practices regarding compliance and implement continuous enhancements to the Company's compliance program.
  • Support Compliance activities in Spain, including mergers & acquisitions, co-promotion/distribution deals, or divestments.
About Your Skills & Experience

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in Pharmaceutical Compliance and/or related governance, legal, finance, or audit function experience. The successful candidate must have strong fluency in English and the ability to read, write, and understand fully, laws, regulations, company policies, financial, and other business records.
