The RoleThe Regional Compliance Manager - Risk Assessment and Monitoring will play a crucial role in supporting the Senior Director and European Lead for Risk Assessment and Monitoring in ensuring that our company complies with regulatory standards and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement risk assessment frameworks and methodologies.
- Coordinate risk assessments of local affiliates in Europe to identify potential compliance issues.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of existing risk controls and recommend enhancements.
- Draft detailed regional risk assessment reports for senior management.
- Develop and execute compliance monitoring plans.
- Review internal audit reports and gather feedback to identify areas of focus in monitoring.
- Implement corrective action plans to address compliance gaps and track progress.
- Monitor changes in regulations and industry standards and assess their impact on the Company's compliance programs.
