Regional Compliance Manager – Risk Assessment and Monitoring Specialist

Viatris Pharmaceuticals S.L. is seeking a highly skilled Regional Compliance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our compliance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our company complies with regulatory standards and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement risk assessment frameworks and methodologies to identify potential compliance issues.
- Coordinate with Compliance Officers and Liaisons in local countries to conduct comprehensive risk assessments and monitor compliance.
- Support the evaluation of existing risk controls and recommend enhancements to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement compliance training programs to educate employees on regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related field (Governance, Legal, Finance, or Audit).
- At least 4 years of experience in pharmaceutical compliance, with a focus on risk assessment and monitoring.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
