Regional Compliance Manager

Viatris is seeking a highly skilled Regional Compliance Manager - Risk Assessment and Monitoring to join our team. As a key member of our compliance function, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our company complies with regulatory standards and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement risk assessment frameworks and methodologies to identify potential compliance issues.
- Coordinate with Compliance Officers and Liaisons in local countries to conduct comprehensive risk assessments and monitor compliance.
- Support the development and execution of compliance monitoring plans to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Monitor changes in regulations and industry standards and assess their impact on our compliance programs.
- Support the implementation of corrective action plans to address compliance gaps and track progress.
You will also support the European Lead for Compliance Policies, Training and Communications in the development, implementation, and administration of the Compliance training program in Europe.
- Support the development of new and enhanced compliance training concepts, methodologies, and content.
- Identify compliance training needs and implement training strategies and processes.
- Provide sustainable training and continuous improvement support, including post-training rollout aftercare and Q&A sessions.
- Revise and update existing training content to ensure it remains relevant and effective.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in compliance, risk management, and training. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as business, law, or a related field.
- At least 4 years' experience in pharmaceutical compliance, governance, legal, finance, or audit.
- Experience in compliance concerning social media and digital activities in the Pharma sector is a plus.
- Proven track record of improving internal processes and standardization.
- Native or bilingual English speaker, with a strong command of MS Office tools.
