About the Role

The Regional Compliance Manager - Risk Assessment and Monitoring will play a crucial role in supporting the Senior Director and European Lead for Risk Assessment and Monitoring in ensuring that our company complies with regulatory standards and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement risk assessment frameworks and methodologies.
  • Coordinate risk assessments of local affiliates in Europe to identify potential compliance issues.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of existing risk controls and recommend enhancements.
  • Draft detailed regional risk assessment reports for senior management.
  • Develop and execute compliance monitoring plans.
  • Conduct and report on periodic data and live monitoring of interactions with the healthcare community.
  • Review internal audit reports and gather feedback to identify areas of focus in monitoring.
  • Support the implementation of corrective action plans to address compliance gaps.
  • Monitor changes in regulations and industry standards and assess their impact on the Company's compliance programs.

Europe Regional Compliance Training

The successful candidate will support the European Lead for Compliance Policies, Training and Communications in the development, implementation, and administration of the Compliance training program in Europe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new and enhanced compliance training concepts, methodologies, and content.
  • Identify compliance training needs and implement training strategies and processes.
  • Provide sustainable training and continuous improvement support.
  • Revise and update existing training content.
  • Draft periodic reports and metrics regarding the Compliance training activities.
  • Maintain a record of Compliance training program activities.

About Your Skills and Experience

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in pharmaceutical compliance, governance, legal, finance, or audit functions. A graduate degree in a related field is a plus. The ideal candidate will have experience in compliance concerning social media and digital activities in the Pharma sector.
