Product Leadership Opportunity

RISK inc, an international iGaming company, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of our casino products.

About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for taking ownership of product metrics, identifying bottlenecks, and suggesting improvements. You will work closely with the platform team to enhance the product and lead a team that knows our platform inside out.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of product metrics and lead the rollout of new brands;
  • Work on player funnels, the main page experience, the casino lobby, the sports section, and the cashier;
  • Identify product bottlenecks and suggest improvements;
  • Lead platform collaboration to enhance the product;
  • Lead a product team that knows our platform inside out.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management within the iGaming industry, with a focus on casino-first products;
  • Ability to take charge and lead projects;
  • Decision-making based on thorough data analysis;
  • Deep understanding of product performance metrics;
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills;
  • Ability to identify product bottlenecks and find creative solutions;
  • Flexibility to adapt to new challenges and markets;
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop products tailored to local audiences;
  • Languages: Ukrainian native, English B2.
