Senior Product Manager

Vonage is seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our Product Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development of our business support systems and new back-office services integration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the product roadmap, balancing internal and external customer needs with internal platform demands.
  • Work with Engineering to oversee the delivery of new features and products, integrating user and customer feedback and performance metrics continuously into plans.
  • Manage the BSS Product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in product management, with a focus on business support systems and back-office services integration.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and tools, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
