Regional Compliance Director – Risk Governance and Monitoring Frameworks

About the Role:

As a Regional Compliance Director, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Senior Director and European Lead for Risk Assessment and Monitoring in ensuring that our company complies with regulatory standards and internal policies.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement risk assessment frameworks and methodologies.
  2. Coordinate among Compliance Officers and Liaisons in local countries to conduct comprehensive risk assessments of local affiliates in Europe.
  3. Evaluate the effectiveness of existing risk controls and recommend enhancements.
  4. Draft detailed, comprehensive regional risk assessment reports for senior management.
  5. Assist in the development and execution of compliance monitoring plans.
  6. Coordinate among Compliance Officers and Liaisons to conduct and report on periodic data and live monitoring.
  7. Monitor changes in regulations and industry standards and assess their impact on the Company's compliance programs.
