Job Title: Sr. Analyst, Governance, Risk and Compliance

Bunge is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Analyst, Governance, Risk and Compliance to join our team. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for managing cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective governance policies and standards to ensure compliance with industry best practices.
  • Conduct risk assessments and register risks in Bunge's Governance, Risk and Compliance automation system.
  • Facilitate audits, compliance reviews, and internal control-based activities to ensure the effectiveness of Business Technology (BT) internal controls.
  • Implement and perform periodic internal control testing procedures and maturity assessments to evaluate the operating effectiveness of BT and Cybersecurity internal controls.
  • Define and identify control gaps, provide recommendations for control process improvements, and support control owners' corrective action plans for remediation.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in governance, risk, and compliance with a focus on cybersecurity.
  • Strong understanding of industry best practices, such as NIST, ISO, COBIT, and PCI DSS.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop meaningful management action plans.
