Job Title: Compliance Program Governance Analyst

As a Compliance Program Governance Analyst, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our Financial Crimes program is effective and efficient globally, while meeting evolving regulatory expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage global projects to enhance the Financial Crimes Program, ensuring key stakeholder engagement and alignment, and timely risk mitigation.
  • Support governance of GFCC ICAs to ensure an effective framework/construct is in place to manage inter-company agreements for GFCC and meet evolving requirements.
  • Ensure Compliance requirements, roles, and responsibilities are clearly documented to enable ongoing program enhancement.
  • Partner with Compliance SMEs and business partners to track and analyze enhancement progress and adherence to compliance standards.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand and communicate clear insights from data and information, across varied sources.
  • 5+ years proven experience and track record of success in project management or program governance within a compliance or risk management organization.
  • Ability to assess and synthesize key insights from large amounts of information to determine strategic opportunities and drive implementation.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage internal stakeholders with competing needs.
