Regional Compliance Manager

The Regional Compliance Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the Senior Director and European Lead for Risk Assessment and Monitoring in ensuring that our company complies with regulatory standards and internal policies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Risk Assessment: Assist in developing and implementing risk assessment frameworks and methodologies. Coordinate among Compliance Officers and Liaisons in local countries to conduct comprehensive risk assessments of local affiliates in Europe to identify potential compliance issues.
- Compliance Monitoring: Assist in the development and execution of compliance monitoring plans. Coordinate among Compliance Officers and Liaisons in local countries to conduct and report on periodic data and live monitoring of various interactions with the Healthcare community, leveraging the support of the Global Compliance Risk Assessment and Monitoring COE.
Support the implementation of corrective action plans to address compliance gaps and track progress. Monitor changes in regulations and industry standards and assess their impact on the Company's compliance programs.
