El Gestor de Clientes P&G es el responsable de la comercialización de productos de Procter & Gamble en las cuentas regionales asignadas bajo su responsabilidad asegurando el crecimiento y la rentabilidad de las ventas bajo los parámetros marcados por Negocio.

Funciones Principales:

  1. Gestión de la Cartera de Clientes: Gestionar la cartera de clientes regionales bajo su responsabilidad: distribuidores, mayoristas, C&C;, pequeñas cadenas de supermercados.
  2. Negociación de Condiciones: Negociación de las condiciones con cada uno de sus cuentas en base a los acuerdos comerciales.
  3. Seguimiento Mensual: Seguimiento mensual de los acuerdos comerciales.
  4. Consecución de Objetivos Comerciales: Consecución de los objetivos comerciales marcados por la compañía a nivel de facturación y de rentabilidad proporcionando un desarrollo sostenible y constante tanto de los clientes como del Negocio.
  5. Implantación de Nuevas Iniciativas: Implantación de nuevas iniciativas en la gestión de clientes marcadas por Negocio.
  6. Análisis de Resultados: Análisis de los resultados de su actividad para desarrollar las ventas en sus cuentas.
  7. Consecución y Control de KPI: Consecución y control de los KPI del ejercicio comercial logrando satisfacer los niveles de servicio definidos.
  8. Colaboración para el Desarrollo de Negocio: Colaboración para el desarrollo de negocio y captación de nuevos clientes según directrices de Negocio.

Requisitos:

  1. Formación y Experiencia: Grado en Empresariales, ADE, Ventas y Marketing o similar deseable en su defecto sólida experiencia demostrable en las funciones descritas.
  2. Experiencia en Distribución: Experiencia de 2 a 5 años idealmente como comercial o KAM en el canal distribución / mayorista o gran consumo (productos de belleza, aseo, cuidado personal, snacks y pet care, cuidado del hogar, alimentación, bebidas, etc.).
  3. Experiencia en Negociación: Imprescindible experiencia en Distribución.
  4. Manejo de Paquete Office: Manejo paquete Office- Excel.
  5. Habilidades de Comunicación y Negociación: Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y de negociación.
  6. Mentalidad Comercial y Analítica: Mentalidad comercial y analítica.
  7. Orientado a Resultados: Orientado a resultados.
  8. Capacidad de Adaptación: Capacidad de adaptación a un entorno de expansión en constante crecimiento.

Valorable:

  1. Experiencia en Grandes Compañías: Deseable experiencia en grandes compañías del sector distribución / mayoristas idealmente con productos / categorías de gran consumo.
  2. Postgrado o Máster: Valorable un postgrado o Máster en el área de Comercial, Compras y / o Marketing.
