Join Our Team as a German-speaking Client Support Advisor

At Workster, we collaborate with a leading international outsourcing firm to enhance our client support team. We are seeking dedicated Client Support Advisors fluent in German and English to assist customers with inquiries related to household appliances.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Address customer inquiries via phone and email regarding our product offerings.
  • Resolve any concerns or issues related to orders.
  • Provide technical assistance for appliance malfunctions.
  • Represent our brand with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Requirements:

  • C1 / Native proficiency in German.
  • Strong command of English (B2-C1).
  • Previous experience in customer service is advantageous.
  • Must reside in the broader Barcelona area.
  • Possess analytical skills to effectively identify and address customer needs.
