- Fluency in German and English, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to empathize with customers, demonstrating patience and understanding in all interactions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in computer usage, with a positive and proactive approach to challenges.
- Experience in customer service within a fast-paced online retail environment is advantageous, along with a passion for motorcycles.
Daily Tasks:
