Key Responsibilities:
- Pre-Sales Management: Collaborate with our Head of Pre-Sales to ensure effective client engagement and seamless transition from pre-sales to sales. Develop and implement strategies with the pre-sales team to maximize sales opportunities.
- Online Sales Management: Drive online sales performance across 5-6 countries, achieving and exceeding sales targets. Monitor and analyze sales metrics to improve conversion rates and overall sales effectiveness.
- Team Leadership and Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 30+ sales professionals, including the Pre-Sales team. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting high levels of employee engagement and performance.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and analytics to drive sales strategies, measure performance, and identify areas for improvement. Ensure that sales processes and strategies are aligned with data insights to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain rigorous quality standards across all sales activities. Continuously review and improve sales processes to ensure exceptional customer experiences and satisfaction.
