Join Our Team as a Vice President

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President to join our team at Empresa Reconocida. As a key member of our financial advisory team, you will play a crucial role in the origination and execution of Mergers & Acquisitions, Restructuring, ECM, and Debt Advisory deals for Spain and European-based clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform financial analyses and create models to support client presentations and marketing materials
  • Interact with client senior executives to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Manage deal processes from origination to execution, ensuring timely and successful outcomes
  • Provide guidance and supervision to Associates and Analysts, fostering a positive team culture
Requirements:
  • At least 6 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Big4 Transaction Services, or Strategic Consulting
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and a team player approach, with a strong motivation to contribute to a positive team culture
  • Top performance in an unstructured environment, with comfort operating in a fast-paced and dynamic setting
  • Ability to support, manage, and empower junior bankers, while maintaining strong client and presentation skills
  • Strong quantitative background and analytical skills, coupled with meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple transactions and projects simultaneously
