Key Responsibilities

As part of a dedicated Repair Engineering team, you will support our operational business. This newly established team will collaborate closely with the Service department, Global Overhaul Solutions department, and various regional teams.

Your tasks will include:

  • Developing and creating technical specifications for the repair and refurbishment of electrical and electronic components, including motors, sensors, PLC/control devices, and electronic cards.
  • Screening and validating innovative repair solutions.
  • Identifying opportunities to minimize inventory for minor electrical and electronic components through technical assessments.
  • Collaborating with global service departments to align on priorities.
  • Assisting the quality team during the qualification process of new workshops worldwide.

Qualifications

  • A solid background and practical experience in engineering are essential.
  • The ideal candidate will be dynamic, autonomous, proactive, and customer-focused.
  • A practical mindset and relevant experience are crucial for making a significant impact.
  • Experience collaborating with international teams and adapting to diverse company cultures is vital.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is required for effective communication in our international environment.
  • Expect to travel at least 40 days a year to visit suppliers, workshops, factories, or sites as part of your role.
