Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a sales development strategy for the assigned sales regions, aligning with corporate goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Directors to develop regional demand generation strategies and ensure effective execution.
- Design and implement a scalable sales development process, ensuring associates adhere to it and meet performance standards.
- Monitor and analyze sales development team metrics, providing insights to sales leadership to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with Marketing executives to develop inbound demand/lead generation plans, leveraging data and insights to drive results.
- Manage team budgets, approve direct reports' expenditures, and monitor competition, economic indicators, and industry trends for the region.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new sales development associates, setting annual targets and performance plans.
- Meet with direct reports 1:1 to review performance, progress, and target attainment, providing counsel and support as needed.
- Deliver performance reviews for each individual rep, planning and implementing enablement programs to improve sales performance.
- Ensure associates leverage and optimize tech stack use, participating in prospect calls and planned field days as needed.
