Job Title: Head of Sales Spain

Join Alan as a key member of our team and take on the challenge of driving sales growth in Spain. As the Head of Sales Spain, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team and developing a scalable go-to-market strategy to achieve our business goals.

About the Role:
  • Define and execute sales strategies to drive recurring revenue in the Spanish market.
  • Mentor and develop a team of 20+ sales professionals in a scalable model that enables high growth.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop a highly performing sales team in Spain, ensuring a progressive career path for future growth.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product to maximize the impact of lead generation, content, and feedback loops on products.
  • Work closely with the sales ops team to maximize sales efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Contribute to key strategic deals and work cross-functionally to ensure messaging alignment and operational coordination.
About You:
  • Significant experience in sales team leadership and coaching.
  • Strong background in sales within challenging environments.
  • Experience in selling to HR stakeholders in Spain to companies from 50 to 5000 employees.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments and managing uncertainty.
  • Experience in scaling sales teams at a high pace or building sales teams from scratch.
  • Passionate about understanding and solving prospects' problems.
  • Ability to animate a large community of sales people.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
