Head of Sales CMC Spain & Portugal

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and developing the CMC retail business in Spain and Portugal. Your primary goal will be to manage the Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and SCM team to achieve the sales plan for both countries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Lead the Spanish CMC organization and their activities with a team of 6 employees.
  • Market Development: Develop the Spanish & Portuguese retail market potential.
  • Private Label Business: Manage the private label business as well as the brand business.
  • International Business Development: Contribute to the CMC Group's international business development.
  • Operational Excellence: Steer all market activities with the goal of long-term increase of revenue and profit.
Requirements:
  • Extensive knowledge of the Spanish and Portuguese retail business.
  • Substantial experience with scaling-up business and responsibility for large retailers.
  • Conceptual and innovative mindset.
  • Pragmatic and hands-on mentality.
  • Language: Spanish and English fluently; additionally, German and Portuguese would be an advantage.
