Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Head of Sales Spain to drive our growth and expansion in the Spanish market. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with our company's vision and goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and implement sales goals and strategies to drive recurring revenue in Spain
  • Mentor and lead a high-performing sales team of 20+ Alaners, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop a talented sales team, ensuring a progressive career path for future growth
  • Continuously assess, clarify, and validate sales strategies and processes to optimize performance
  • Track, measure, and report on sales effectiveness, making data-driven decisions to adjust programs and strategies as needed
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to maximize the impact of lead generation, content, and feedback loops on products
  • Work closely with the Sales Ops team to maximize sales efficiency through tooling, processes, and business monitoring
Requirements
  • Significant experience in sales team leadership and coaching, with a strong background in sales within challenging environments
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments and managing uncertainty, with experience in scaling sales teams at a high pace or building sales teams from scratch
  • Passionate about understanding and solving prospects' problems, with experience in deploying proven sales methodologies (Value Selling, Challenger Sale, Consultative Sale...)
  • Ability to animate a large community of sales people, with experience in collaborating with internal teams (Strategy, Sales Ops, Marketing, Product, Operations, HR...)
  • Good B2B marketing culture to help build a strong B2B brand, with strong written and verbal communication skills (English and Spanish)
  • Highly organized with exceptional follow-up skills, with strong data skills and a desire to learn fast and make an impact from day one
