The Role

We are seeking an exceptional Head of Sales Spain to lead our growth in this country. As the owner of Alan's sales strategy in Spain, you will drive the business forward, focusing on acquisition and customer growth. Your primary objective will be to achieve our yearly goals in Spain and build a high-performing, scalable go-to-market team to ensure exponential growth and market leadership by 2030.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute sales strategies to drive recurring revenue on the Spanish market.
  • Mentor and develop a team of 20+ sales professionals in a scalable model, ensuring high growth and performance.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop a highly committed sales team in Spain, providing a progressive career path for future growth.
  • Continuously assess, clarify, and validate sales strategies and processes.
  • Track, measure, and report on sales effectiveness, adjusting programs and strategies as necessary.
  • Contribute to key strategic deals, ensuring maximum performance.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product to maximize the impact of lead generation, content, and feedback loops on products.
  • Work closely with the sales operations team to maximize sales efficiency.
  • Partner with the Spain GM and other stakeholders to articulate the global go-to-market approach and create synergies with other countries.
Requirements
  • Significant experience in sales team leadership and coaching.
  • Strong background in sales within challenging environments, with experience in selling to HR stakeholders in Spain.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments and managing uncertainty.
  • Experience in scaling sales teams at a high pace or building sales teams from scratch.
  • Proven sales methodologies, such as Value Selling, Challenger Sale, or Consultative Sale.
  • Ability to animate a large community of sales professionals.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Highly organized with exceptional follow-up skills.
  • Strong data skills and a desire to learn fast and make an impact from day one.
