About the Role:
Catenon is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success through the development of strategic partnerships with functional leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with functional leaders to design and implement effective employee solutions that drive business outcomes.
- Implement global HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local legislation and minimizing legal risks.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing people-centric strategies to meet business demands.
- Lead and drive change projects to generate and deliver continuous improvements within the HR function.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver global projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Studies: psychology, business degree, or related field.
- Languages: Good command of English written, spoken, and local language.
- Work experience: 2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines, well-organized with a people-oriented approach, ability to interact with leaders, act as a coach when appropriate, excellent verbal and written communication skills, confident in communicating and influencing with multiple senior stakeholders, positive mindset, self-motivated, and team player.
