Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Regional HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for collaborating with functional leaders to design and implement effective employee solutions that drive business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strategic partnerships with functional leaders to develop and implement employee solutions related to organizational design, workforce planning, compensation and benefits, talent development, employee engagement, performance management, and retention.
- Implement global HR policies and procedures for each country, ensuring compliance with local legislation.
- Act as a trusted partner to managers and employees, creating people-centric strategies to meet business demands.
- Responsible for onboarding and offboarding of employees, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Maintain a knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks.
- Champion the communication of HR strategy, initiatives, policies, and procedures, leading and driving change projects to generate and deliver continuous improvements within the function.
- Collaborate and deliver global projects with the Learning and Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, and Corporate HR Business Partner teams.
Requirements
- Studies: psychology, business degree, or related studies.
- Languages: good command of English written, spoken, and local language.
- Work experience: 2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Skills: demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines, well-organized with a people-oriented approach, ability to interact with leaders, act as a coach when appropriate, and drive towards solutions.
