We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor II to join our team. This role will be responsible for supervising and monitoring HR processes, including communication, recruitment, labor relations, training, and payroll maintenance, by policies, rules, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Internal Communications: Develop and implement internal communication strategies to engage employees and promote company initiatives.
- Turnover and Absenteeism Analysis: Analyze indicators of turnover and absenteeism to identify trends and develop strategies to improve results.
- Workforce Planning: Collaborate with management to control headcount based on demand and budget, and coordinate vacancy coverage strategies.
- Compliance and Certification: Ensure compliance with certification programs and salary category assignments.
- Training and Development: Monitor compliance with the annual development and training plan, and update job descriptions as needed.
- Onboarding and Engagement: Coordinate and monitor the onboarding plan, round tables, and support for engagement activities.
- Initiative Support: Support various initiatives and uphold the environmental, safety, and quality policy established in the organization.
- Talent Management: Support established evaluation, calibration, and talent processes.
- Bachelor's degree in industrial relations, administration, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in similar positions.
- Familiarity with LFT, SUA, IDSE, Payroll, and Office applications.
- Advanced English level.
- Previous experience in innovation or process implementation.
- Service attitude, communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
