**Job Summary**
Faurecia is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join its team at the Production Plant in Valladolid, Spain. As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to the Site HR Manager and contributing to the development of human resources initiatives that drive business success.
Key Responsibilities- HR Support and Advisory: Assist the Site HR Manager in managing HR issues, ensuring alignment with business objectives and providing expert advice on HR-related matters.
- Staffing and Recruitment: Develop and implement effective staffing and recruitment strategies to meet the site's talent needs, ensuring a diverse and skilled workforce.
- Payroll and Administration: Ensure the efficient processing of payroll and administration tasks, maintaining accurate records and adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Employee Communication and Engagement: Foster a positive work environment by promoting internal communication, employee empowerment, and engagement initiatives.
- Industrial Relations: Manage relationships with local employee representatives, ensuring open communication and resolving any workplace issues in a fair and timely manner.
- HR Policy Implementation: Embed Group HR policies and processes within the site, driving cultural transformation and excellence.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular HR-related information to the HR Manager, supporting data-driven decision-making and business improvement initiatives.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Knowledge and Skills: Proven knowledge of employment law, HR information systems, and payroll management. Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Language: Minimum bilingual (English required).
- International Mindset: Ability to work in a multicultural environment, with a strong understanding of global business practices.
