Distribution Support Analyst

You will join Crédit Agricole CIB Spain as a key member of the Distribution & Asset Rotation (DAR) team. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:- Support in Syndication Opinions: Assist in the preparation of syndication opinions, focusing on transactions with a nexus to Spanish-speaking countries, including pricing and structuring.
- Comparable Transaction Analysis: Provide comparable transaction tables by relevant sector and liquidity analysis to support informed decision-making.
- Closing Memo Completion: Ensure timely completion of closing memos, maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Presentation Support: Assist in creating PowerPoint presentations for pitches and market updates, effectively communicating complex information to stakeholders.
- Excel Reporting: Develop and maintain Excel spreadsheets reports and databases to support data-driven decision-making.
- Debtdomain Database Management: Utilize the Debtdomain database to invite banks into transactions or for reporting/search purposes, ensuring seamless collaboration.
- Comparable File Updates: Regularly update comparable files to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Team Support: Collaborate with the team to prepare bank meetings and complete call reports, fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Market Research and Updates: Conduct market research and present market updates to the team, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
- Investor Base Development: Support the development and monitoring of the Spanish investor base, particularly focusing on non-bank investors, and explore new opportunities to drive business growth.
- Business Line Coordination: Coordinate with all business lines involved to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.
- Internal Reporting and Analysis: Assist in internal reporting analysis and management of Diamond, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
You will interact closely with the various Crédit Agricole CIB origination teams (CLF & ERA), the loan investor base, and the rest of the loan Distribution team in both a syndicate and distribution/sales function.
To be eligible for this role:
- Be less than 28 years old.
- Hold a Master's degree.
- Be an EU citizen (excluding Spanish citizens).
