About the Role

Crédit Agricole CIB is seeking a highly skilled Distribution Support Specialist to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our Distribution & Asset Rotation team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the syndication process, asset rotation, and distribution activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of syndication opinions, including pricing and structuring, with a focus on transactions related to Spanish-speaking countries.
  • Develop and maintain comparable transaction tables by relevant sector and liquidity analysis.
  • Ensure timely completion of closing memos and assist with various PowerPoint presentations in connection with pitches and market updates.
  • Support the team in preparing bank meetings and completing call reports.
  • Conduct market research and present market updates to the team.
  • Coordinate the development and monitoring of the Spanish investor base, with a focus on non-bank investors, and explore new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with various business lines involved in the syndication process.
  • Assist in internal reporting analysis and management of Diamond.

Requirements

  • Be less than 28 years old.
  • Hold a Master's degree.
  • Be an EU citizen (excluding Spanish citizens).
