About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Retail Distribution Specialist. As a key member of our distribution team, you will be responsible for allocating stock to our stores, analyzing stock levels, and ensuring timely delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Stock Allocation and Management

Allocate stock to stores, including initial and replenishment orders for clothing, footwear, and other materials.

Stock Level Analysis

Analyze stock levels and store capacity to optimize inventory management and meet sales targets.

Order Management

Process initial and replenishment delivery orders in our system and follow up on weekly replenishment of stores.

Communication and Coordination

Communicate daily with our Retail team, including Area Managers and Store Teams, to ensure smooth delivery and replenishment processes.

End of Season Returns

Manage and coordinate End of Season Returns, ensuring timely processing and storage of returned products.

Stock Transfers

Support the transfer of stock between stores, ensuring accurate inventory management and minimal stock discrepancies.

Team Collaboration

Act as a point of contact between our Retail team and Logistics and Operations teams, providing support to other back-office departments as needed.

Requirements

  1. Education

Degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Experience

2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail or distribution environment.

Skills

Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Skills

Proficient in Excel and SAP, with a strong understanding of inventory management systems.

Language Skills

Fluent in English and Spanish, with additional languages a plus.
