Key Responsibilities- Content Management: Manage our clients' content in digital service providers (DSPs), including manual review operations related to user-generated content (UGC) and video upload management.
- Documentation and Compliance: Review documentation and ensure compliance with DSPs guidelines in collaboration with the Product Development and Supply Chain teams.
- Contract Management: Set up, manage, and terminate contracts with inactive DSPs.
- Process Optimization: Design and continuously optimize internal and interdepartmental processes, documenting them in our knowledge base.
- Communication and Collaboration: Establish and encourage proactive communication with other areas and departments, ensuring transparency and viability of coordinated processes.
- Incident Detection and Monitoring: Detect, communicate, and monitor incidents to our technical support team.
- Product Enhancement: Prepare and transfer proposals to the Product Development team to ensure SonoSuite adapts to internal needs and partner requirements.
- Problem Detection and Exchange: Detect and exchange problematic patterns and key information with the Pre-Distribution department for systematic improvement, as well as with the Anti-Fraud department.
- Process Optimization and Service Enhancement: Detect opportunities and optimize processes and add-on services for the Customer Success team.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Industry Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years in the music industry.
- Technical Skills: Experience working with multiple IT tools (Excel, Jira, Zendesk, etc.) and content management platforms (iTunes Connect, Spotify for Artists, etc.).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with Care, Respect, Empathy.
- Problem-Solving and Attention to Detail: Problem-solving and detail-oriented mindset.
- Passion for Technology: Passionate about technology.
- Music Industry Knowledge: Music industry and copyright knowledge.
- Desirable Skill: Experience working with a team with different time zones.
