Key Responsibilities- Support in Syndication Opinions: Assist in preparing DAR syndication opinions, including pricing and structuring, with a focus on transactions with a nexus to Spanish-speaking countries.
- Comparable Transaction Analysis: Create comparable transaction tables by relevant sector and liquidity analysis.
- Closing Memo Preparation: Complete closing memos in a timely manner.
- Market Research and Updates: Assist in conducting market research and present market updates.
- Bank Meetings and Reporting: Support the team in preparing bank meetings and complete call reports.
- Investor Base Development: Support coordinating the development and monitoring of the Spanish investor base, especially with a focus on non-bank investors, and exploring new opportunities.
- Internal Reporting and Analysis: Assist in internal reporting analysis and management of Diamond.
- Be less than 28 years old.
- Be a graduate of a Master's degree.
- Be an EU citizen (except Spanish).
