About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Distribution Support Analyst to join our team at Crédit Agricole Group. As a key member of our Distribution & Asset Rotation team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the syndication process, asset rotation, and project finance activities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support Syndication Process: Assist in the preparation of syndication opinions, including pricing and structuring, with a focus on transactions related to Spanish-speaking countries.
  2. Comparable Transaction Analysis: Provide comparable transaction tables by relevant sector and liquidity analysis to support the syndication process.
  3. Closing Memo Preparation: Complete closing memos in a timely manner to ensure seamless transaction execution.
  4. Presentation Support: Assist with various PowerPoint presentations in connection with pitches and market updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Reporting and Data Analysis: Assist with Excel spreadsheets reports and databases to provide insights and support decision-making.
  6. Debtdomain Database Management: Use the Debtdomain database to invite banks into transactions or for reporting/search purposes.
  7. Comparable File Updates: Update comparable files to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  8. Bank Meeting Coordination: Support the team in preparing bank meetings and completing call reports.
  9. Market Research and Updates: Assist in conducting market research and presenting market updates to stakeholders.
  10. Investor Base Development: Support the coordination of the development and monitoring of the Spanish investor base, with a focus on non-bank investors, and explore new opportunities.
  11. Business Line Coordination: Coordinate with all business lines involved in the syndication process.
  12. Internal Reporting and Analysis: Assist in internal reporting analysis and management of Diamond.
Requirements
  1. Be less than 28 years old.
  2. Hold a Master's degree.
  3. Be an EU citizen (excluding Spanish citizens).
