Job Summary
Crédit Agricole Group is seeking a highly skilled Distribution Support Analyst to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our Distribution & Asset Rotation team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the preparation of syndication opinions, closing memos, and market updates.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of syndication opinions, including pricing and structuring, with a focus on transactions related to Spanish-speaking countries.
- Complete comparable transaction tables by relevant sector and liquidity analysis.
- Support the team in preparing closing memos in a timely manner.
- Assist with various PowerPoint presentations in connection with pitches and market updates.
- Support the team in preparing bank meetings and complete call reports.
- Assist in conducting market research and present market updates.
- Support coordinating the development and monitoring of the Spanish investor base, especially with a focus on non-bank investors, and exploring new opportunities.
- Coordinate with all business lines involved.
- Assist in internal reporting analysis and management of Diamond.
Requirements
- Be less than 28 years old.
- Be a graduate of a Master's degree.
- Be an EU citizen (except Spanish).
