We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Distribution Support Analyst to join our team at Crédit Agricole CIB. As a key member of our Distribution & Asset Rotation team, you will play a critical role in supporting our activities, particularly in Project Finance, Real Estate Finance, Corporate, TMT, and Leveraged loan distribution.
Key Responsibilities- Support Syndication Opinions: Assist in the preparation of syndication opinions, focusing on transactions with a nexus to Spanish-speaking countries, including pricing and structuring.
- Comparable Transaction Analysis: Conduct sector and liquidity analysis, and prepare comparable transaction tables.
- Closing Memo Completion: Ensure timely completion of closing memos.
- Presentation Support: Assist with PowerPoint presentations for pitches and market updates.
- Reporting and Data Management: Assist with Excel spreadsheets reports and databases, and use Debtdomain database for inviting banks into transactions or for reporting/search purposes.
- Comparable File Updates: Update comparable files.
- Bank Meeting Coordination: Support the team in preparing bank meetings and completing call reports.
- Market Research and Updates: Conduct market research and present market updates.
- Investor Base Development: Support the coordination of the development and monitoring of the Spanish investor base, with a focus on non-bank investors, and explore new opportunities.
- Business Line Coordination: Coordinate with all business lines involved.
- Internal Reporting and Analysis: Assist in internal reporting analysis and management of Diamond.
- Age: Be less than 28 years old.
- Education: Hold a Master's degree.
- Citizenship: Be an EU citizen, except for Spanish citizens.
We are looking for a postgraduate with a Master's degree from a University or Business School, specializing in Finance. A previous experience in Finance is required.
Key Skills- Hard Skills:
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools.
- Knowledge in labour regulation and administration of payroll would be an asset.
- Fluent English is required, and a medium level of Spanish is desired.
- Soft Skills:
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and summarize.
- Rigour and sense of organization.
- Apprehension of results and priorities.
- Client-oriented.
