Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un perfil con experiencia en atención al cliente y secretariado técnico en el sector educativo.

Responsabilidades
  • Atender a alumnos, profesores y padres en un centro educativo.
  • Realizar secretariado técnico en el sector educativo.
  • Desarrollar habilidades de atención al cliente en entorno multinacional.
  • Manejar sistemas de información de manera precisa y ágil.
  • Conocer gestión de listas, turnos, asistencia, incidencias y ocupación.
  • Conocer facturación, cobros y gestión de incidencias.
  • Capacidad de gestión de eventos, presupuestos y gestión de mercancías y pedidos.
  • Archivo y documentación.
  • Gestión de intranet, comunicaciones y flujos de mensajería.
Requisitos
  • Experiencia en secretariado técnico en el sector educativo.
  • Experiencia como Front Desk de grandes hoteles o similar.
  • Experiencia en atención al cliente en entorno multinacional.
  • Dominio de idiomas, inglés nivel alto.
  • Manejo preciso y ágil de sistemas de información.
