Position Overview

We are looking for dedicated professionals in the financial services sector to become part of a dynamic international team at a leading BPO organization.

With over four decades of expertise in the banking domain, a presence in 88 countries, and a workforce exceeding 420,000, Teleperformance is assembling a multilingual team of investment advisors. This initiative targets individuals keen on pursuing ambitious career paths within one of our most esteemed digital banking programs.

Your role will involve engaging with high-profile clients from one of Europe’s premier digital banks, offering savings guidance and introducing innovative banking solutions with attractive returns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist bank customers through various communication channels including calls, emails, WhatsApp, and chat, ensuring a superior level of service while informing them about cutting-edge digital banking products available in the Dutch market.
  • Manage back-office tasks such as responding to emails and messages.
  • Promote banking products effectively.
  • Adhere to transparency and client protection regulations, ensuring compliance with both internal and external standards related to investment products.
  • Identify and report any irregularities that may arise during service delivery.
  • Meet the quality standards and sales targets established by the organization.

Qualifications

Educational Background:

  • Relevant qualifications in Business Administration, Mathematics, or Law.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
  • Fluency in Dutch: C2 level.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong customer focus, empathy, and active listening abilities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to learn independently.

Experience:
