Administrative Support Specialist

Teleperformance Spain, a leading provider of contact center services, is seeking an experienced Administrative Receptionist to join their team.
About the Role:
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our employees and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and direct visitors to the appropriate person or office
- Answer and forward incoming phone calls, providing accurate and helpful information
- Provide administrative support across the organization, including coordination of front-desk activities
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory of stock
- Prepare meetings and events, ensuring seamless execution
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties, such as filing, photocopying, and tracking sickness leaves and absenteeism
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role (at least 6 months)
- Previous experience in a meeting organization process (working with the conference room booking system, ensuring attendees are informed and available for meetings)
- Native Spanish, fluent English, Catalan is a plus
