Administrative Receptionist

Teleperformance Spain, a leading provider of contact center services, is seeking an experienced Administrative Receptionist to join their team.

About the Role:

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and direct visitors to the appropriate person or office
  • Answer and forward incoming phone calls, providing accurate and helpful information
  • Provide administrative support across the organization, including coordination of front-desk activities
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory of stock
  • Prepare meetings and events, ensuring seamless execution
  • Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties, such as filing, photocopying, and tracking sickness leaves and absenteeism

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role (at least 6 months)
  • Previous experience in a meeting organization process (working with the conference room booking system, ensuring attendees are informed and available for meetings)
  • Native Spanish, fluent English, Catalan is a plus
