**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Operations Coordinator to join our IT Business Platforms team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating service teams, generating reports, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Coordinate Service Team (Incidences, User Request, Problem Escalation)
  • Coordinate service globally, interacting with providers and application product owners
  • Generate reports, integrate alerts with dashboards, visibility of relevant incidents, process alerts
  • Guide Service Team through DevOps culture
  • Evolving and maintaining application building pipelines based on various technologies
  • Define deployments and promotions of applications between environments
  • Maintain and support the different Production environments
  • Define and implement solutions to improve the life cycle of applications
  • Construction support to Service team
  • Automate daily tasks of Service team

**Requirements**

  • 2 years as service operations coordinator
  • 5 years as technical operator in a service team
  • 5 years experience in operations tools (TrueSight, Remedy, Elastic Stack such as Elasticsearch, Kibana, Beats, and Logstash)
  • 5 years experience in Agile and Agile tools (Jira, Confluence)
  • Excellent Project Management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
  • Integrity and the ability to handle confidential matters
  • Help build and maintain high team morale

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • Experience in Visual Studio and C#.NET framework /.NET Core
  • Experience with IIS
  • Experience with SQL Server, Sybase, or PL/SQL: Develop and design complex SQL queries and database objects (stored procs, views,...). Maintenance, performance tuning.
  • Experience working on MVC (Model, View, Controller)
  • Use of Sonar or similar tools
  • Experience with jQuery
  • Experience in software development methodologies, version control tools, continuous integration/deployment (Bitbucket, Jenkins / Azure DevOps / Artifactory / XLDeploy)
  • ETL Experience / BI Process Experience
