About the Role

Esml Sd Iberia Holding S A U is a leading provider of innovative security solutions, and we're seeking a highly skilled Service Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our services and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Service Team activities, including incident management, user requests, and problem escalation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to generate reports, integrate alerts with dashboards, and provide visibility into relevant incidents.
  • Guide the Service Team through a DevOps culture, promoting automation and continuous improvement.
  • Evaluate and maintain application building pipelines based on various technologies.
  • Define deployments and promotions of applications between environments, ensuring environment-dependent configuration.
  • Maintain and support Production environments, defining and implementing solutions to improve the life cycle of applications.
  • Provide construction support to the Service Team and automate daily tasks.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Operations Coordinator with billing or financial business products or other IT areas.
  • 5 years of experience in operations tools (TrueSight, Remedy, Elastic Stack) and Agile tools (Jira, Confluence).
  • Excellent Project Management skills, written and verbal communication skills, and fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Integrity and ability to handle confidential matters.
  • Ability to build and maintain high team morale.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Visual Studio and C#.NET framework /.NET Core.
  • Experience with IIS, SQL Server, Sybase, or PL/SQL.
  • Experience with software development methodologies, version control tools, continuous integration/deployment.
  • ETL Experience / BI Process Experience.
