About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Creative Service Operations Coordinator to join our team at All We Wear Group. In this role, you will play a key part in managing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of our facilities to support our employees and business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement processes and operational guidelines for Pepejeans, including windows, in-store, and events.
  • Collaborate with new Pillars heads to bring production and processes in place in a cost-effective and creative manner.
  • Receive briefs from the Creative Services team and develop creative elements for retail and wholesale.
  • Check implementations across regions and facilitate feedback.
  • Collaborate with Creative MKT to create synergies and produce creative elements for the brands.
  • Implement global vision in showrooms and events.
  • Work closely with MKT to bring event experiences to the brand to the highest level and execution.
  • Work with Commercial teams to understand and analyze budgets, implementations, and timings to ensure flawless execution.
  • Develop props, POS communication holders, in-store journey moments, and additional elements to enhance environments.
  • Work with Sourcing & Buying teams to create an easy and effective work process.

Requirements
  • Education Level: Architectural / Interior and Industrial Design.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Languages: Spanish and English.
  • Technical requirements: Excel and AutoCAD.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
