Job Description

The Denodo Customer Success Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for customers and partners, ensuring their success with data virtualization in an enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a group of customers from a business and technical perspective, maintaining and developing customer relationships.
  • Manage customer success, discussing and advising on technical solutions involving Denodo products and services.
  • Deliver contract commitments within cost targets and identify potential additional business opportunities within accounts.
  • Collaborate with engineers, managers, and business users to understand business and technical needs and provide guidance towards solutions.
Requirements
  • Combination of data management technical expertise and customer and partner relationship management skills.
  • Ability to conduct on-site and off-site engagements.
  • Strong relationships with architects, technical teams, and leadership across customers and partners' organizations.
What You'll Achieve

Help our clients, partners, and prospects realize their full potential through accelerated adoption and productive use of Denodo's data virtualization capability in various solutions, such as:

  • Integrating data in a virtual manner for operational and/or informational purposes.
  • Implementation of Logical Data Warehouses and Virtual Datamarts to enable modern Business Intelligence solutions.
  • Integration layers for Hadoop-based Data Lakes.
  • Support for Agile Operational Reporting on a diverse Big Data infrastructure.
Requirements
  • Strong relationships with architects, technical teams, and leadership across customers and partners' organizations.
  • Ability to develop relationships with key business and technical stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor to major Denodo customers.
  • Manage client expectations, establish credibility at all levels within the client, and build problem-solving partnerships with the client, partners, and colleagues.
