Timup, a leading beauty company, is seeking a Country Manager to lead and expand its market in Germany.
Job Summary:We are looking for a professional who can identify growth opportunities, design strategies, maximize revenue, and manage customer acquisition and retention.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a marketing strategy based on specific objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to detect opportunities in online and offline campaigns.
- Manage the annual marketing budget for the country.
- Plan, direct, and coordinate the monthly, quarterly, and annual social media calendar with the content team.
- Coordinate and collaborate with the global marketing team to implement the performance strategy in the country, go-to-market.
- Maintain the brand image and positioning across all channels.
- Oversee the marketing strategy for newsletters.
- Develop pricing and promotion strategies to meet country objectives.
- Manage and promote the affiliate channel in the country: tracking, reports, and expansion of the affiliate network.
- Manage the PR strategy with an external agency, bringing new initiatives and opportunities. Organize and support events with media and influencers.
- Analyze and optimize KPIs: monitor campaigns and provide monthly reports.
- Understanding of customer behavior and skills to guide them through the buying cycle in the German market.
- Fluency in English, Spanish, and German.
- Analytical skills and experience in budget management.
- Leadership, proactivity, and creativity.
- Ability to analyze data to extract insights and combine user behavior data with understanding of needs to optimize the sales funnel.
