**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Renewal Sales Specialist to join our team in Malaga. As a Renewal Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the sales cycle, nurturing client relationships, and showcasing your expertise in advanced cloud technologies.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the renewals process, building trust and setting the foundation for long-term Microsoft relationships.
  • Effectively turn renewals leads into opportunities and revenue pipeline by filtering them through different criteria, such as budget, authority, need, and timeline.
  • Engage with small and medium-sized businesses across various industries, company sizes, and types to determine their needs and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Understand customers' current Microsoft license position, leading with Microsoft's cloud technologies to secure customer wins, maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, and collaborate with Solution Specialists and other stakeholders as needed.
  • Support the renewal process by engaging and coordinating multiple stakeholders (PCM, TCM, CE) aligned to customer needs, ensuring renewal closes on time.

**Requirements**

  • Native or proficient in Italian with advanced English.
  • 2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite applications and a passion for cloud technologies.
  • General knowledge of the IT industry, with the capacity to learn and retain knowledge about individual products and business solutions quickly and accurately.
  • Demonstrate the ability to understand customer needs, create and deliver customized, customer-focused pitches and solutions.
  • Achievement and success-driven personality.
  • Experience selling Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, or similar solutions (preferred).
