Renewal Sales Specialist

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Renewal Sales Specialist to join our team in Malaga. As a Renewal Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the sales cycle, nurturing client relationships, and showcasing your expertise in advanced cloud technologies.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the renewals process, building trust and setting the foundation for long-term Microsoft relationships.
- Effectively turn renewals leads into opportunities and revenue pipeline by filtering them through different criteria, such as budget, authority, need, and timeline.
- Engage with small and medium-sized businesses across various industries, company sizes, and types to determine their needs and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Understand customers' current Microsoft license position, leading with Microsoft's cloud technologies to secure customer wins, maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, and collaborate with Solution Specialists and other stakeholders as needed.
- Support the renewal process by engaging and coordinating multiple stakeholders (PCM, TCM, CE) aligned to customer needs, ensuring renewal closes on time.
**Requirements**
- Native or proficient in Italian with advanced English.
- 2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite applications and a passion for cloud technologies.
- General knowledge of the IT industry, with the capacity to learn and retain knowledge about individual products and business solutions quickly and accurately.
- Demonstrate the ability to understand customer needs, create and deliver customized, customer-focused pitches and solutions.
- Achievement and success-driven personality.
- Experience selling Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, or similar solutions (preferred).
