**Job Summary**

Board is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Director of Renewal Operations. This position requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership and negotiation skills to oversee the day-to-day operations of a high-performing global team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead a team of 5 Renewal Managers to deliver on renewal efforts, minimize churn, and maintain accurate forecasting.
  • Develop and implement customer outreach, retention, and satisfaction programs to drive long-term customer retention and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance, to deliver business value and optimize processes.
  • Design and execute multi-year renewal strategies with added value to customers, addressing risk and capitalizing on opportunities.
  • Enhance operational cadences to drive customer retention and provide insights into retention metrics, trends, and business priorities.
  • Work closely with Sales and Customer Success leaders to improve overall customer health and protect annual recurring revenue.
  • Maintain accurate forecast and track upcoming renewals and revenue at risk.
