Role Overview |

We are looking for a seasoned and motivated Sales Director to elevate our business operations. This role will focus on crafting and executing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance our market presence.

Your leadership will be crucial in fostering strong relationships with clients and establishing Ukio's reputation as a leader in the industry.

Key Responsibilities |
  • Formulate and execute sales strategies to achieve or surpass revenue goals.
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team across various segments.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key clients and negotiate favorable agreements.
  • Recruit, train, and guide sales personnel to maximize their potential.
  • Set clear sales targets and ensure the team meets or exceeds them.
  • Analyze market dynamics and customer preferences to identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare and maintain sales performance reports, providing insights to senior management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive execution of sales initiatives.
  • Adhere to company policies and ethical standards in all dealings.
  • Represent Ukio at industry events to enhance brand visibility and network.
  • Familiarity with the real estate or relocation sectors is advantageous.
Candidate Profile |
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in leading sales teams within the digital or telemarketing sectors.
  • Experience in the real estate sector is preferred.
  • A robust network within the relocation industry is a significant advantage.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
  • Proficiency in Hubspot is a plus.
