Sales Excellence Director

As a Sales Excellence Manager at Microsoft, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth through long-term account planning and leadership. You will provide guidance on proposed segmentation changes, leveraging local business knowledge to inform strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end rhythm of connection (ROC) activities to ensure quality outcome delivery
- Define accountabilities and operationalize prioritized sales plays and industry solutions
- Guide sales leaders to achieve increased individual and team capability, employee satisfaction, and collaborative selling efforts
- Develop best practices and provide thought leadership across the organization
- Integrate feedback to guide engineer/partner teams on improving tools
- Multi-country experience
- Managing a large business in a complex matrix organization with many stakeholders
- Ideal candidate will have MW experience
- Sales background will be a plus
- Strong communication skills and leadership capabilities
