Drive Sales Growth and Excellence

As a Sales Excellence Manager at Microsoft, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth through long-term account planning and leadership. You will provide guidance on proposed segmentation changes, leveraging local business knowledge to inform strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end rhythm of connection (ROC) activities to ensure quality outcome delivery
  • Define accountabilities and operationalize prioritized sales plays and industry solutions
  • Guide sales leaders to achieve increased individual and team capability, employee satisfaction, and collaborative selling efforts
  • Develop best practices and provide thought leadership across the organization
  • Integrate feedback to guide engineer/partner teams on improving tools
Requirements:
  • Multi-country experience
  • Managing a large business in a complex matrix organization with many stakeholders
  • Ideal candidate will have MW experience
  • Sales background will be a plus
  • Strong communication skills and leadership capabilities
