About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team at Mygwork. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving the success and growth of our advertising solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand our advertising opportunities and tools to build relevant solutions for our clients and deliver exceptional sales and customer service.
- Prospect, penetrate, and create new relationships with clients and advertising agencies.
- Drive deals to closure in a new business environment and retain and grow revenue from existing clients.
- Work closely with internal teams, such as retail, account management, and marketplace.
- Stay up-to-date with the e-commerce industry and competitive environment, including knowledge of competitive product offerings.
- Utilize sales CRM tools to track account information and sales progress, forecast, and prioritize to achieve quarterly quota goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven sales experience, ideally in advertising, media, or agency landscapes, with a track record of reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in sales CRM tools, such as Salesforce or similar programs.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail with a data-driven approach to providing solutions.
- Excellent analytical skills acquired from previous experiences.
- Business fluent English and Spanish.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in an international environment.
