Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Director to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. As a key member of our Sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the Italian market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify and close new business opportunities in the Italian market.
  • Prospect and build relationships with mid-market and enterprise accounts, including hardware manufacturers, installers, and wholesalers.
  • Represent Monta at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our software solutions.
  • Partner with our Marketing team to develop and implement field marketing campaigns.
  • Lead the full sales cycle, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and deal closure.
  • Build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and opportunities are converted into closed deals.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in mid-market/enterprise sales, with a proven track record of developing and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Strong hunter mentality with the ability to drive outbound meetings and generate new business opportunities.
  • Experience in value-based selling and sales frameworks such as MEDDICC.
  • Business development and/or hyper-growth startup background.
  • Experience in Software or SaaS sales.
  • Fluency in Italian and English, with the ability to write and speak both languages.
